Where clubs start
A spreadsheet holds whatever the committee types into it. Horsify keeps the same records, and fills most of them in itself as members join, renew and enter.

Moving to Horsify
Step 1
Import the member list
Upload the spreadsheet as .xlsx or .csv (up to 10 MB), match its columns to Horsify's, check the preview, then import.
Step 2
Members find their own records
A member who already has a Horsify account, or makes one later, is linked to their imported record automatically.
Step 3
Import past results
Results kept in a spreadsheet can be imported into an event, with a preview before anything is saved.
Step 4
Keep the books
Invoices and receipts export to CSV or Excel, or in Xero's layout, for any date range.
Questions
Do I have to retype my member list?
No. Upload it as an .xlsx or .csv file, match the columns, and check the preview before anything is imported.
What does it cost?
The Basic plan, from $10 a year inc GST by club size, plus 2.5% + 30c per transaction on online payments, card processing included. You choose whether that comes out of your entry fees or is shown to riders as a platform fee at online checkout — Horsify's rate is the same either way.
