What agistment looks like on Horsify
Paddocks, yards and stables
Set up each paddock, yard and stable and see which horse is in it. Moving a horse records where it was and when.
The paddock map
Draw each paddock's outline over satellite imagery of your property, see its area, and move horses between paddocks on the map.
Resting and paddock jobs
Rest or spell a paddock, and schedule paddock jobs with reminders so slashing and fence checks are not forgotten.
Agreements signed online
Send an agistee their agistment agreement to sign online, or upload a paper copy they have signed. A signed agreement is kept as it was signed, private to your organisation.
Agistment invoices
Where an agreement says so, Horsify raises each period's invoice, in advance or in arrears and with any extras, and emails it to the agistee, with a link to pay by card where you take card payments.
Private to you
Which paddock holds whose horse is never published. Your paddocks are kept apart from the arenas you hire out, and only your organisation sees them.
Running arena hire, a stable team or lessons as well? See equestrian centre software.
Questions about agistment
Can agistees sign their agreement online?
Yes. Send the agreement from Horsify and the agistee signs it online, or upload a paper copy they have signed. Once signed, an agreement is kept exactly as it was signed.
Can Horsify invoice our agistment?
Yes, when the agreement says so. Each period's invoice is raised in advance or in arrears, with any extra charges, and emailed to the agistee, with a link to pay by card where you take card payments. What has been paid shows on your invoice register.
Can we see our paddocks on a map?
Yes. Draw each paddock's outline over satellite imagery of your property, and move horses between paddocks from the map.
Is agistment information public?
No. Your paddocks, which horse is in each and your agreements are private to your organisation and never published on your website or anywhere else.
Which plans include agistment?
The Instructor plan ($15 a month inc GST), the Riding School plan ($39 a month inc GST) and Club Site Premium, each with a free trial. It is not on the Club Site plan.
