Agistment: paddocks, placements and agreements
Set up your paddocks, yards and stables and see which horse is in each. Rest a paddock and schedule paddock jobs. Send an agistment agreement for the agistee to sign online, or upload a signed paper copy. A signed agreement is never edited, and agreements are kept private to your organisation.
Arena and facility hire, run as a business
Hire arenas and facilities by the hour, half day or full day at the rates you set. Keep an arena for members only or give members their own price. When you take payments online, take a deposit and Horsify charges the balance to the saved card on the due date you set. The booking book shows a column per arena, and your insurer can be sent a notice of each hire.
Stable jobs and the horse day sheet
Put the stable jobs on the roster and mark them done; staff can raise a job from their phone and name the horses it is for. The day sheet shows which horse is working which lesson today, and each school horse's page carries its feed card and its farrier, worming, dental and vet dates.
Staff rosters and timesheets
Build shifts from weekly templates and publish the roster; staff are told it is out. They submit their timesheets from their phone, you approve them, and the pay-period export is a CSV you can map into Xero, MYOB or KeyPay.
School horse workloads
Each school horse has a cap on hours per day and per week, and bookings are checked against it. Its rider level, age range and weight limit are on its card, and staff booking a rider over the weight limit are warned.

Questions equestrian centres ask
What does equestrian management software do?
It runs the business side of an equestrian centre: who is agisted where, who has hired the arena, which stable jobs are done, and who is rostered on. Horsify does all four, and adds online lesson booking for centres that teach.
Can agistees sign their agistment agreement online?
Yes. Send the agreement from Horsify and the agistee signs it online, or upload a paper copy they have signed. A signed agreement is kept as it was signed and is private to your organisation. Agistment fees are not invoiced from Horsify.
Can we keep an arena for members only?
Yes. An arena can be booked online by current members only, or you can give members their own price. Staff can still book anyone in from the office.
Can our insurer be told about each arena hire?
Yes. Add their email under facility hire notifications and they are sent a notice when a hire is booked, moved or cancelled. It gives the hirer's name and membership number, the facility, the date and the time, never the price or the hirer's contact details.
Is agistment on the Riding School plan?
Yes. Agistment, arena hire, stable jobs and staff rosters are all on the Riding School plan, $39 a month inc GST, with a 60-day free trial and no credit card needed. Club Site Premium includes them too, with a full club website; it has a setup fee.
