What a pony club runs on Horsify
Gymkhanas from a template
Start a gymkhana from the built-in template, with flat, rider class, bending, flag, barrel and mounted games classes, then change the classes, prices and age groups to suit. Riders enter and pay online.
Rallies, clinics and camps
A rally or a camp runs as a ticketed day sold by the place, and a clinic as lesson times with a clinician, each with online entry and payment.
One parent, every child
A parent adds their children to their own account and enters each of them from it, every child at their own member price. A second parent can be invited to share the children, and a rider of 15 or over can be given a login of their own.
Members, renewals and family memberships
Membership types and fees, applications that wait for the committee's approval, renewals and reminders. A child's renewal goes to the parent, and a family membership can cover a whole family on one payment.
Helpers on the day
List the jobs a day needs, from gate stewards to the canteen, and let parents put their hand up for them.
Children's details looked after
Children are named by first name and initial on public results, a child's health details are kept only on a parent's dated consent, and messages about a child go to the parent.

Beside the national membership system
Pony Club Australia's national membership, with its national, state and zone levies, runs on its own database, JustGo, where members join and renew (Pony Club Victoria, checked 28 October 2026). Horsify does not replace it and does not connect to it.
What Horsify adds is the club's own side: entries and payments for your gymkhanas, rallies and camps, a website, club-level membership types and fees, rosters of helpers, and results. Many clubs keep national memberships where their state body asks and run everything local on Horsify.
Questions pony clubs ask
Can one parent enter all their children?
Yes. A parent adds each child to their own account and enters them from it. Each child is entered as themselves, at their own member price where they are a member, and the parent pays for the lot at once.
Can we run a gymkhana with online entries?
Yes. The built-in Pony Club Gymkhana template starts the event with flat, rider class and games classes, which you can rename, price and add to. Riders enter and pay online, and the results go up on the event's results page.
Does Horsify replace our national membership system?
No. Where your national or regional pony club body keeps memberships in its own system, they stay there. Horsify runs the club's own side: its events and entries, club-level memberships and fees, website, helpers and results.
How are children's details protected?
Public results name a child by first name and initial. A child's health details are held only with a parent's dated consent, and emails and texts about a child go to the parent, never to an address or number on the child's record.
What does it cost?
From $10 a year inc GST for a club of up to 100 members, with unlimited events. Online payments cost 2.5% + 30c per transaction, all-in — Stripe's card processing is included rather than added on top. Domestic cards; international cards cost more to process. Or, on the Riding School and Club Site Premium plans, connect your own Stripe account and Horsify takes nothing per transaction — you keep your own Stripe rates and your own payout schedule.
