What Mindbody is
Mindbody is booking and business software for fitness, wellness and beauty businesses: the business types it lists include yoga, pilates, gyms, martial arts, salons and spas.
Its Australian pricing page lists three priced plans (Go, Core and Growth), charged per location, and a custom-quoted Enterprise plan, as well as a consumer app on which businesses are listed.

Moving to Horsify
Step 1
Answer the setup questions
A few questions about how the school runs become its lesson types, opening hours, hire rates and waiver, all editable before anything is created.
Step 2
Carry packages across
A client's remaining lessons on a package bought in the old system are entered as carried over, with the original purchase date, and no new receipt.
Step 3
Run both systems for a while
Until a date you choose, lessons the office books are marked as paid in the old system, so Horsify raises no invoice for money already taken.
Step 4
Clients sign the waiver online
Clients can be asked to sign the school's waiver, with their height, weight and emergency contact, before they book online.
Questions
Can I bring my clients' lesson packages across?
Yes. A package bought before the move is entered as carried over, with the lessons already used and the date it was bought, so its expiry runs from the real purchase.
What does Horsify cost for a riding school?
The Riding School plan is $39 a month inc GST, free for 60 days, with no setup fee. Online payments are 2.5% + 30c per transaction, all-in.
