Event Pricing
Member - Pee Wee Pistols, Young Guns and Youth Divisions
$50 for first run per horse and rider combination per division. Then $20 for subsequent run/s in Pee Wee Pistols, Young Guns and Youth.
Member - All other Divisions
$70 for first run per horse and rider combination per division. Then $40 for subsequent run/s in all other Divisions.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are unable to attend the event, please contact Bundaberg & District Extreme Cowboy Racing Inc in the first instance. A full refund, less any non-refundable deposits, will only be provided for medical or injury reasons only if the Club is advised at least 7 days prior to the event. Evidence must be provided by a Doctor or Veterinarian. After this date, no refunds will be provided. If the event is postponed with another date set for the event, members can choose to be refunded or carry over nominations to the new date. If the event is cancelled by the Club, refunds will be provided to members.

The Winter Ignition Showdown EXCA Competition is an Extreme Cowboy Racing Competition including all 12 Divisions. Club: Pee Wee Pistols, Rookie Rider and Intro and EXCA: Young Guns, Novice, Green Horse, Intermediate, Youth, Non-Pro, Ride Smart, Pro and Open.
