What Event Secretary is
Event Secretary describes itself as a family business that hosts online entries for equestrian events across disciplines and associations, with events from Perth to Sydney and Melbourne to Brisbane.
It offers levels of service from online entries alone to managing the entries, creating the draw and scoring on the day with its own team, plus live and digital scoring.
Its prices for 2026/27 are published on its Services page. It says they include GST except the financial transaction fee.

Moving to Horsify
Step 1
Start your organisation
Create the club on Horsify and connect payments, so entry money goes to the club.
Step 2
Set up the event
Add the classes, prices, tickets, stabling and closing date. A copy of a past event keeps its setup.
Step 3
Import the member list
Upload the club's member spreadsheet so member prices apply from the first entry.
Step 4
Share the entry link
Riders enter from the event's page, which is listed on Horsify's events calendar.
Questions
Can Horsify score my event for me?
No. Horsify gives your judges and scorers the tools, but it does not send people to events. If you want scorers on the day, that is a service Event Secretary sells.
Does Horsify charge per combination?
