This is for juniors (6 - 17) only, participating in the Kid's Clinic. Kid's are welcome to continue on and stay for the entire Halloween event. Day membership applies for non AWAR members. Price includes facility fee IF YOU ARE NOT PARTICIPATING IN THE CLINIC, PLEASE CHOOSE ONE OF THE OTHER OPTIONS.
Refund Policy
Clinics and training days - clinics are non refundable unless we cancel the event. You can find someone else to take your position and transfer the ticket to them. Club and competition days - For our fun days they are refundable if 24 hours notice is given.
About this event
🎃👻 AWAR HALLOWEEN EVENT – 2 DAYS OF FUN! 👻🎃 This year we’ve decided to make our Halloween event a two-day event, giving us more time for fun activities while avoiding having the horses working for too long in the heat. 🕷️ DAY 1 – Saturday 31 October | 3:30pm We’ll kick things off with a Halloween Scavenger Hunt through the paddock. Come along, have some fun and see what spooky surprises you can find! 🎃 DAY 2 – Sunday 1 November | 8:30am The fun continues in the arena with Halloween-themed games, judging and, of course, the Halloween Dress-Up! 👻🏆 🐴 KIDS CLINIC – Saturday 31 October | Morning Join us, courtesy of Children's Rights Queensland, for a 3 hour obstacle clinic on October 31st, 2026 from 8am to 11am The aim of this mini clinic is to gain confidence over obstacles and in particular, Halloween themed ones. This will be a great opportunity to practice your obstacles in the lead up for Sophie and Indie's Halloween event, that will follow over the Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning. Whether you are an AWAR member or not, join us for a fun filled morning learning how to approach obstacles safely and with confidence. For children aged 6 to 17. You must be able to ride independently or have a capable adult lead you. Helmets and boots compulsory and we advise parents to do a safety check of all gear prior to the event. We’re looking forward to a fun-filled Halloween weekend for our AWAR members! 🎃🐴👻
